By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals and medical practices.

    Use of Service

    • • You are responsible for all medical data, patient information, and clinical content you create or upload.
    • • You must comply with all applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
    • • Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or access it using unauthorized means.
    • • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of all medical documentation.

    Accounts

    • • Keep your account credentials secure.
    • • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

    Medical Content and Data

    You retain ownership of your medical content and patient data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as needed to provide transcription, clinical note generation, and ePCR integration services. We process this data in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable healthcare regulations.

    Subscriptions and Payments

    Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are described at checkout or in your account.

    Termination

    We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

    Medical Disclaimers

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcriptions and clinical notes are tools to assist healthcare professionals and must be reviewed and verified by licensed medical personnel. We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liabilities.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parascribe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

    Changes

    We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
